About The Position

We’re looking for Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and lead our hiring efforts across our TLV and NYC offices as well as drive, own & promote HR initiatives & programs.

From a Talent acquisition perspective, you’ll have complete ownership over our global hiring efforts, partner with our hiring managers to understand their challenges, be exposed to decision-making processes that affect our hiring strategy, drive hiring efforts to deliver a successful & seamless process for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

In addition, you will champion our onboarding journey for new hires, maintain high levels of satisfaction, collect feedback & improve the onboarding experience as we continue to grow. 

You will also have the opportunity to lead and support other HR initiatives that aim to strengthen our company culture and employee engagement

At least 5 + years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager/ Partner in a high-tech company preferably a start-up company. 

At least 2 years of Global experience working with GTM teams and hiring abroad 

Experience in supporting or leading HR initiatives is an advantage 

You have a people-centric “roll up your sleeves and get it done” workstyle

Experience & knowledge of HR Platforms (Comeet, BambooHR, etc..)

An eye for Data analysis

Endless curiosity- the more you understand the business the more value you create

Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Excellent communication skills

Fluent English is a must 

BA in a relevant field
