Omer leads on a mission to be a client-first culture that builds proactive technologies to disrupt markets that lack innovation. Omer was named an Inman Power Player, as well as the Best of PropTech Entrepreneur award winner in 2023. Previously, Omer was VP of growth at Via. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from MIT and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Technion. Omer is a Board Member of Mifrasim-Sailing for Change and helmed an Israeli submarine as its executive office in the Israeli Navy.
Roni has a diverse background and over 20 years of experience leading tech-related disciplines, including investments, strategy, product management, design & user experience. Roni is passionate about teams that bring to the world delightful innovation.
Erez builds winning teams and ensures the delivery of the best quality solutions and is passionate about leveraging deep technologies for LocalizeOS using machine learning, Natural Language Processing, and big data to drive innovative solutions. Erez has received the fall 2022 GROWTHSPACE High Performer Award In his previous role as VP of R&D at Cellebrite, he scaled R&D to 150 people and introduced new processes of end-to-end scrum. Cellebrite’s valuation at IPO (April 2021) was $2.4B.
Shannon is a passionate Customer Success leader with 10+ years of experience leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client outcomes in Proptech. Shannon also has worked as an agent and in corporate roles at esteemed brokerages including Sotheby’s International Realty and Halstead Property, giving her unique insight into LocalizeOS’s customers and enabling her to provide tailor-made solutions. Shannon holds a B.S. in Management and Marketing from Georgetown University and lives in NYC with her husband and goldendoodle Charlie.
David is a cross-company phenom who streamlines processes and solves challenges in any department. He works to design and execute strategic initiatives that fuel LocalizeOS’ growth. His entrepreneurial and consultative approach includes two years at a software startup he co-founded as well as eight years managing audits and consulting projects for high-tech companies.
Although based in Israel, David’s obsession for Italy includes its cuisine, Serie A soccer, and hiking in the Italian Alps and Dolomite
Hadar heads our people front—no small feat with 140 employees across multiple countries. She brings a wealth of leadership experience in human resources that spans over 15 years. She previously led people and culture in various data-driven startups at different stages of scale and growth. When not finding LocalizeOS the talent it needs to expand, Hadar enjoys time with friends and family, and can’t miss a week without going to the beach.
Over his 25-year career in technology, G has worked as a sales and business development leader. Prior to joining LocalizeOS, G served as SVP of Sales at Bitcentral, a broadcast automation and streaming company. Prior to this, he was VP of Sales for Verbit.ai, a captioning and transcription company that leverages speech-to-text. Other roles include Senior Vice President of Sales for Vilynx, Senior Vice President of Media and Telecom for Kaltura, and Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Brightcove.
G holds a B.A. in the History of Art and Architecture from Brown University; and lives in New York City, with his wife Lisa and their son Mac (18) and daughter Georgia (15).
