About The Position

As a senior data analyst at LocalizeOS you will deliver valuable insights for data-driven decisions for an AI and bot based product that serves today Million real-estate buyers.

Localize is an Operating System for Real Estate (LocalizeOS) based on AI. We help agents to amplify their reach, by AI connecting their qualified buyers. Our product includes: NLP, recommender system, and listings enrichment.

The Data Science and Analytics team builds and maintains algorithms, analysis and datasets that power Localize's unique data platform.

We are looking for a senior analyst that would like to grow with us, provide insights to grow our business.

What will you do:

As a senior analyst on the team, you'll lead data insights to improve our product, business and operations.

On a given day, you will:

  • Proactively provide meaningful insights and perform ad hoc analysis with precision, delivering results that drive strategic decisions.
  • Analyze, process and present different parts of the customer journey flows
  • Master our data, serving as the primary troubleshooter for data queries from critical business partners.
  • Conceptualize, create, automate and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics and experiments
  • Collaborate with data engineers to aggregate and clean large data sets in use
  • Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to get decisions and insights based on data, brainstorm and execute AB testing ideas, furthering our understanding of user behaviors and market trends.
  • Utilize advanced statistical methodologies to conduct in-depth analyses and tests.
  • Mentoring team members and student roles.
  • Transmute raw data into actionable insights that fuel decision-making processes. Deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders, translating data-driven suggestions into reality.
  • Act as the primary data authority for each initiative you engage in, ensuring data accuracy and relevancy.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product/Business/Marketing/Data Analyst in the high-tech industry, of them at least 2Y as product analyst - Must
  • Experience in defining and monitoring business KPIs – Must
  • SQL (Redshift, Postgres) hands-on experience – Must
  • Experience in Looker as a data visualization tool - a big advantage
  • Python, ML familiarity – Advantage
  • Strong communication and storytelling capabilities. You’re a strong communicator and have an art for communicating complex findings in a simple way. 
  • You don’t stop once you pull the data; you love turning numbers into actionable insights.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal - Must

Can do approach and a strong desire to learn. You have a bias towards action; you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do and are comfortable working with ambiguity.
