About The Position

With hyper growth in mind, we are looking to add an exceptional Account Executive to an existing cross-functional team. As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for an assigned territory with endless potential, working alongside our VP of Sales to maximize revenue potential.

As an Account Executive, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in driving sales from start to finish. You will be leading the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing, and building strong and lasting relationships along the way.

With the knowledge and feedback you gain, you will drive insights internally, working closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to maximize growth and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Base Salary: 80,000-100,00K plus commission (50%-50% split, uncapped)

Requirements

  • 3-4 years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated success in SaaS sales, ideally in the real estate / proptech space
  • History of meeting and exceeding sales targets for a rapidly growing, non-name brand tech startup
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills – you effectively lead client meetings and presentations and never miss your promised follow-up
  • Equal parts IQ and EQ – you not only can connect with anyone, but you can easily translate complex language into simple ideas
  • Ability to take initiative, produce results and solve problems without direct supervision
  • High motivation to meet and exceed expectations with a focus on detailed action plans for every deal in your pipeline
