As a key member of the senior management team, you'll collaborate closely with peers from finance, product development, operations, and sales, ensuring alignment across all functions to propel LocalizeOS towards its ambitious goals. At LocalizeOS, you'll have the opportunity to lead with agility, spearheading transformative changes that propel our startup to new heights in the real estate technology landscape.

In this role you will lead all of LocalizeOS’s marketing efforts spanning the following initiatives and report to the CEO:

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies 
  • Manage marketing campaigns to optimize online presence
  • Lead Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives to enhance organic search results
  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Establish and manage partnerships, particularly with media companies in the field of US residential real estate (Inman, TRD) and with platforms like G2

Content Marketing:

  • Drive content marketing efforts, including blogs, webinars, podcasts, and white papers/ebooks
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for effective audience engagement
  • Oversee video production initiatives to enhance visual storytelling

Team Management:

  • Manage a team of FTE & contractors including a PPC Manager, Social Media Manager, Content & Events Specialist, and Industry Relations Manager 

Other Marketing Initiatives:

  • Spearhead corporate branding initiatives to maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity
  • Determine the company’s strategy for industry events and orchestrate the company’s presence in them
  • Manage relationships with different internal and external stakeholders to enhance industry presence
  • Oversee corporate branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all platforms
  • Manage and optimize T&E budgets for marketing initiatives

Location: our office is in NYC- hybrid work (twice a week working from the office)

comp & salary ranges: 130-170K$ + equity and benefits .

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record in SaaS marketing, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing marketing teams in startup environments
  • Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
  • Proficiency in analyzing real estate market trends and utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills for internal team management and external stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in brand development and management, especially within the real estate or proptech sector
  • Proven budget management skills and ability to optimize resources for maximum impact
  • Adaptability to industry changes and ability to pivot marketing strategies in response to evolving market dynamics
  • Innovative and creative mindset with a keen eye on design, coupled with an open ear to absorb market feedback
