Sales Development Representative
About The Position
LocalizeOS is looking for an SDR to join our fast-growing team in the US.
As an SDR, you’ll immerse yourself into the exciting world of residential real estate, its major players, personalities, and sales cycles. This is a sales job and the ideal candidate will be someone who is exceptional at cold calling and hungry to win.
What you will be doing?
- Maintaining a high volume of daily activity through cold calls, texts, and emails.
- Partnering closely with our VP of Sales and Sales Team to strategize, engage, and grow our sales funnel.
- Analyzing and identifying individual agents, teams, and brokerages that would be an excellent fit for the LocalizeOS platform, prospecting, and proactive outreach.
- Growing your own communication, relationship management, and sales skills in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in roles requiring cold outreach.
- Familiar with residential real estate is a strong plus, either directly or exposure through software or services sales into that sector.
- A demonstrable ability to quickly build rapport and create meaningful relationships leading to accelerated win rates.Love the game, love sales, love people, love being out there.
- Tenacity, grit, humility, and an internal drive to succeed.
- Passion for real estate and technology, you eat, breathe and dream this space.
- Self-starter who can hit the ground running on day one, with a plan in hand or not.
- Extreme attention to detail. While the perfect can’t be the enemy of the good, you dot your i’s and cross your t’s.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfort working remotely and independently.
What will make you stand out
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Track record of remote conversation and closing (via phone, email, webinar, etc).
